Lawyer listings and firm websites are attorney advertising. Sponsored listings are paid placements and are labeled. Ratings and response times describe the past and do not guarantee anything about the future, which is also true of most things.
Reviews must be about your own experience with the firm. Do not review a firm you have not hired, a firm you work at, or a firm you are currently suing. We may remove reviews that break these rules, and we will say that we did.
Firms are responsible for keeping their profiles accurate, including practice areas, hours and whether they still exist. Firms that host websites or email with Lawport also agree to our hosting terms, which are longer and slightly less funny.
We work hard to keep Lawport accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, Lawport is not liable for decisions you make based on a listing, including the decision to call a firm with a jingle.
